With years of experience in the agricultural services sector, as well as running their own farms, they all understood the challenges farmers can face. Their service would be friendlier and more hands-on. Through a network of independent contractors they wouldn’t just provide support for secretarial and finances, but also applications for grants, stewardships and assurance schemes. In their own words “We understand the challenges farmers face because we’ve faced them ourselves.”

Their stand-out approach required a stand-out brand, which wasn’t going to be hard when my only instruction was “We want pink!”. The bright colour palette of the RSJ brand jumps out in a market dominated by green and brown earth tones. The solid imagery of a steel beam coupled with strong slab serif typography balances with feminine pink. Since launch RSJ have gone from strength-to-strength, doubling their permanent staff and providing support to over 150 clients.
