Since 2006 Chunk of Devon has built a reputation across the South West for the quality of their pies and pasties.
But a recent shift in the market has seen more brands, such as Tom’s Pies, marketing directly to customers through social media. The Smithkin Baker team was hired by Chunk to build their social media presence, and drive more customers to their online shop.
By adopting a cheeky tone of voice, highlighting the quality and range of ingredients, and leveraging brand partnerships with the likes of Exeter Chiefs and Sandford Orchards, we were able to increase clicks to their website from Facebook alone by over 800%.
