Ben Moon Testimonial

Each year, Exeter Chiefs chooses one long-serving player to have a testimonial. The player nominates charities, and fundraising events are held over the course of 12 months. It all culminates in a charity match held at Sandy Park. The Testimonial events is run by a group of volunteers, and for Ben Moon’s year I was given the opportunity to create the branding and marketing collateral for the event.

Firstly I created a strong visual identity – using Ben Moon’s distinctive silhouette and headwrap. I then produced a high-quality brochure detailing the events and sponsorship packages in a clear and exciting way. The results were spectacular – on its launch day alone the event raised over £50,000 in sponsorship. It has since become the most successful testimonial year in the clubs history.
